** If you are on another private server that is not associated with PSOR it is better to follow their set rules then to follow PSORs ...**PSOR will redirect all questions asked about the other private servers currently running, and will leave their links available on our forum for easier access.

Note: PSOR runs its own private server known as "ValeforServ", and the restrictions are made to be very flexible compared to other servers)

Team Factions are considered Guilds or Clans to be very blunt, but are run totally different by each user.
A Team Faction can exist on any private server, and most are spear headed by an admin or moderator. (
ValeforServ runs Team Factions openly and different)
When Sega was running the show for all active consoles their were no set restrictions for Team Factions, and thus users controlled the outcome of their own parties. Sadly times have changed and Sega has put PSO on the back burner, but Sega has moved on with PSO2 which does look very promising. (
PSO2 still has a long way to go)
Team Factions on ValeforServ have no general set limit on applicant recruitment, but remember while in game the max amount of players is set at 4 (
in the lobby it is set as 20, but that is subject to change).
Team Factions have no general restrictions on our forum, but for the record on other private servers they have their own version of set rules. (
Our opinion on this kind of matter will be over looked by those other private servers, and we have decided not to get involved with them) -
PSO on ValeforServ will remain as it was intended just as Sega left it

you may have your own events, and run your group how you see fit without admin/mod interruptions)
These Team Factions are dedicated to PVE mostly, but PVP is also widely recognized.
